Responsible for the full value chain of core services for clients, including sales, product design and development, marketing, branding and the day-to-day management of customer care.

Finance and Performance Management

Responsible for the QUAESTOR Group’s liquidity, internal accounts, accountancy and taxation, business administration of the financial and capital market companies; controlling of finances, processes and projects; performance management, inspection, risk management, compliance and quality assurance.

Investment and Project Management

Responsible for creating and operating the full value chain of investments, including the analysis of investment options and markets, the design, continuous refinement and realization of the assessment of projects and investments, and the control and supervision of project management.

Headed by Péter Öcsödy and József Lihi

Strategy and Business Intelligence

Responsible for planning and running the strategic and business processes, introducing and applying the indices of corporate management and strategy, the development and operation of IT, data management, knowledge management, the creation and operation of business intelligence systems, and doing research.

Headed by Péter Kárpáti

General Staff and Supporting Bodies

Responsible for protecting and developing the values of human resources; organizational capital, wage management; the business, security and legal administration of the QUAESTOR Group; coordination of the activities of the independent and supporting organizational units in the following fields: contacts with law offices, the security service, the development, realization and management of real estate; handling PR activities and media relations.
