ETO Park mixed-use centre

The Győr based ETO Park is Hungary’s first mixed-use centre. The developer and general contractor of the project is QUAESTOR Invest, a member of the QUAESTOR Group. This property development project is characterised by a unique approach, unparalleled not only in Hungary and elsewhere in Central Europe.

The novelty of the Lifestyle Centre built within the mixed-use ETO Park Centre is that the ratio of lifestyle functions is much higher than in other similar facilities.

The development costs of the entire ETO Park project total HUF 50 billion.

Lifestyle Centre
  • four-level lifestyle centre with a gross floor area of 40,000 m2
  • retail space on three levels on a net floor area of 23,000 m2
  • modern, category “A” offices on one level, on a total floor area of 7,000 m2
  • a 3,000 m2 open-air plaza for various fairs
  • a free surface level parking lot for 2,000 vehicles

This is not a plaza that we have built, but a family centred complex, which, in addition to the functions found in traditional shopping centres, offers a range of quality programmes and services to all members of the family to enjoy either separately or jointly.

Stadion Komplexum

Based on the decision of the managers of Győr ETO FC LLC., a foundation was established in June 2006 to promote the training of junior players. The exclusive objective of the secondary school, which has five year groups and bears the name of the late Győr footballer Miklós Fehér, is to train junior and youth footballers at a high standard. The institution, including a residence hall for 100 students, was opened in 2007.
