Surrounded by Little Danube, a branch of River Danube, and low slopes of Visegrád Mountains, Leányfalu stretches 5 kms long in the Danube Bend. Current condition

The building consists of two parts, including a former family residence with corresponding architectural features. With time the building was partly transformed and another part with a similar rectangular ground-plan was added. Subsequently, the two parts, featuring double-pitched roofs, were connected with terraces and passageways. Following an earlier renovation, it functioned as a pension, which is currently out of use. In the last couple of years, it was used as a nursing home for senior citizens in close professional and economic cooperation with QUAESTOR-owned Hotel Provincia nursing home in Szentendre. Currently, the building is shut down with all utility services temporarily terminated.
