A megvalósítandó befektetésünk Oroszországban, Volgograd központjában található. A projekt egy 35 000 nm-es területen megvalósítandó ingatlan beruházás, amelynek része egy 75 000 nm – es alapterületű, kétszintes bevásárló és szórakoztató központ, valamint egy ehhez kapcsolódó, 11 szintes, 4 illetve 5 csillagos szálloda megépítése. A szálloda a tervek szerint 360 szobás lesz, valamint több étterem és szolgáltató részleg, így konferenciaterem, fitneszterem, kávézó is helyet kap benne.  A teljes befektetés alapterülete a tervek szerint mintegy 150 000 nm.

The property to be developed by our company is located in Russia, in the centre of the city of Volgograd. The investment project will cover an area of 35,000 m², and include the construction of a two-storey shopping and entertainment centre on 75,000 m², as well as the construction of an adjoining eleven-storey four or five star hotel. According to the plans, the hotel will have 360 rooms, several restaurants and service units, such as a conference room, a fitness centre and a café. The planned total floor area of the developed property will be around 150,000 m².
